Aruvela is operated by ZYA AI TECH. This page explains how to delete your Aruvela account and the data attached to it, what is removed, and the one thing that is deliberately kept afterwards. It follows Section 12 of the Privacy Policy, where the same commitments are set out in full.
1. Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest route, and it is available to any signed-in account.
- Open Aruvela and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom — Delete account is the last item on the screen. It is only shown while you are signed in.
- Read the summary of what you are about to lose, then tap Continue to delete.
- Confirm that it is really you: enter your password if you signed in with email, or re-confirm with Google or Apple.
Deletion happens the moment that confirmation succeeds. There is no waiting period, no "deactivated" state you can come back from, and no way to undo it.
2. If you can no longer open the app
Email destek@aruvela.app from the address your account uses, with "delete account" as the subject, and say that you want your Aruvela account deleted. Because an email alone does not prove who sent it, we may ask you to confirm that the address is yours before we act. We handle requests without undue delay and in any case within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
On our servers, immediately:
- Your account record — credits, premium status, and your sign-in credentials.
- Every People / persona profile you created, including the AI-derived profile, its memory, and its score history.
- The usage counters held against your user ID.
On your device, in the same step:
- Your analysis history — the AI summary and score of every analysis you have run.
- Saved replies and saved opening lines, including the message text inside them.
Your conversations, screenshots and photos are not on either list, because they were never stored to begin with: they are sent to our AI provider, used to produce your result, and discarded.
4. What is kept, and why
Two things survive deletion. Both are deliberate, and neither can be read back as your identity.
A one-way hash of your email address. It cannot be turned back into your address and is not linked to anything else — it exists only so the one-time free-credit bonus cannot be claimed again by deleting an account and signing up with the same address. We keep it for as long as the app offers that bonus.
The daily fair-use counter, if you had a premium subscription. It is stored under a one-way hash of your store transaction ID and holds nothing but two numbers. Deleting your Aruvela account does not cancel your subscription with Apple or Google, and clearing the counter would reset the daily limit it exists to enforce.

5. Cancelling your subscription is a separate step
Deleting your Aruvela account does not cancel a Premium subscription and does not stop billing. Cancel it where you bought it: Google Play → Subscriptions, or App Store → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
If you would rather keep a subscription you have already paid for and use it on a different Aruvela account, sign in with that account and tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
6. Removing some data without deleting your account
- Delete a single item. Open Saved and long-press any entry under Past Analyses, Saved Replies or Saved Openers, then choose Delete.
- Delete a person. In Saved → People, long-press the person and confirm. That removes their profile, memory and score history from our servers as well.
- Signing out deletes nothing. It hides the on-device content belonging to that account; signing back in with the same account brings it back. If a different account signs in on that device, the previous account's content is erased.
- Uninstalling removes everything held on the device. On Android, the system's own app-backup feature may restore it if you reinstall under the same Google account.
7. If you never created an account
If you use Aruvela without signing in, we never receive your name, email address, or phone number, and the app does not read your device's operating-system identifier. What exists is a small record tied to the anonymous ID that Firebase assigns your session: your credit balance, your platform, how you signed in, when you were last active, and a push notification token. Nothing in it identifies you.
Because that record holds nothing personal — and the app does not show you its ID — we cannot find it from an email you send us. If you want it gone, the reliable route is to create an account first: signing in keeps the same ID, so the record becomes your account record, and Settings → Delete account then removes it. Uninstalling ends the session and clears everything held on your device.

3. Neler silinir

Cihazınızda, aynı adımda:
- Analiz geçmişiniz — çalıştırdığınız her analizin yapay zeka özeti ve skoru.
- Kaydedilmiş yanıtlar ve kaydedilmiş açılış cümleleri; içlerindeki mesaj metni dahil.

4. Neler saklanır ve neden

5. Aboneliği iptal etmek ayrı bir adımdır
Aruvela hesabınızı silmek Premium aboneliğinizi iptal etmez ve ödemeyi durdurmaz. Aboneliği satın aldığınız yerden iptal edin: Google Play → Abonelikler veya App Store → Apple Hesabınız → Abonelikler.
Halihazırda ödemesini yaptığınız aboneliği farklı bir Aruvela hesabında kullanmayı tercih ederseniz, o hesapla giriş yapın ve Premium ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle seçeneğine dokunun.
6. Hesabınızı silmeden bazı verileri kaldırma
- Tek bir öğeyi silin. Kaydedilenler'i açın; Geçmiş Analizler, Kayıtlı Yanıtlar veya Kayıtlı Açılışlar altındaki herhangi bir kayda uzun basın ve Sil'i seçin.
- Bir kişiyi silin. Kaydedilenler → Kişiler içinde kişiye uzun basıp onaylayın. Bu, kişinin profilini, hafızasını ve skor geçmişini sunucularımızdan da kaldırır.
- Çıkış yapmak hiçbir şeyi silmez. Yalnızca o hesaba ait cihaz içeriğini gizler; aynı hesapla yeniden giriş yapmak geri getirir. O cihazda farklı bir hesap giriş yaparsa, önceki hesabın içeriği silinir.

7. Hiç hesap oluşturmadıysanız

1. Konto in der App löschen
Das ist der schnellste Weg, und er steht jedem angemeldeten Konto offen.
- Öffnen Sie Aruvela und melden Sie sich mit dem Konto an, das Sie löschen möchten.
- Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen und scrollen Sie ganz nach unten — Konto löschen ist der letzte Punkt auf dem Bildschirm. Er wird nur angezeigt, solange Sie angemeldet sind.
- Lesen Sie die Übersicht darüber, was Sie verlieren, und tippen Sie dann auf Weiter zum Löschen.
- Bestätigen Sie, dass Sie es wirklich sind: Geben Sie Ihr Passwort ein, wenn Sie sich per E-Mail angemeldet haben, oder bestätigen Sie erneut mit Google oder Apple.
Die Löschung erfolgt in dem Moment, in dem diese Bestätigung gelingt. Es gibt keine Wartefrist, keinen "deaktivierten" Zustand, aus dem Sie zurückkehren könnten, und keine Möglichkeit, sie rückgängig zu machen.
2. Wenn Sie die App nicht mehr öffnen können
Schreiben Sie von der Adresse, die Ihr Konto verwendet, mit dem Betreff "Konto löschen" an destek@aruvela.app und teilen Sie mit, dass Ihr Aruvela-Konto gelöscht werden soll. Da eine E-Mail allein nicht beweist, wer sie gesendet hat, können wir Sie vorher bitten zu bestätigen, dass die Adresse Ihnen gehört. Wir bearbeiten Anfragen ohne unangemessene Verzögerung und in jedem Fall innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
3. Was gelöscht wird
Auf unseren Servern, sofort:
- Ihr Kontodatensatz — Guthaben, Premium-Status und Ihre Anmeldedaten.
- Jedes von Ihnen erstellte Personen-/Persona-Profil, einschließlich des KI-generierten Profils, seines Gedächtnisses und seines Score-Verlaufs.
- Die Nutzungszähler, die zu Ihrer Nutzerkennung geführt werden.
Auf Ihrem Gerät, im selben Schritt:
- Ihr Analyseverlauf — die KI-Zusammenfassung und der Score jeder von Ihnen durchgeführten Analyse.

Ihre Gespräche, Screenshots und Fotos stehen auf keiner der beiden Listen, weil sie von vornherein nie gespeichert wurden: Sie werden an unseren KI-Anbieter gesendet, zur Erstellung Ihres Ergebnisses verwendet und verworfen.
4. Was aufbewahrt wird — und warum
Zwei Dinge überdauern die Löschung. Beide sind beabsichtigt, und keines davon lässt sich in Ihre Identität zurückverwandeln.
Ein Einweg-Hash Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse. Er kann nicht in Ihre Adresse zurückverwandelt werden und ist mit nichts anderem verknüpft — er existiert allein deshalb, damit der einmalige Gratis-Guthaben-Bonus nicht erneut beansprucht werden kann, indem ein Konto gelöscht und mit derselben Adresse ein neues angelegt wird. Wir bewahren ihn auf, solange die App diesen Bonus anbietet.
Der tägliche Fair-Use-Zähler, falls Sie ein Premium-Abonnement hatten. Er wird unter einem Einweg-Hash Ihrer Store-Transaktions-ID gespeichert und enthält nichts als zwei Zahlen. Das Löschen Ihres Aruvela-Kontos kündigt Ihr Abonnement bei Apple oder Google nicht, und das Zurücksetzen des Zählers würde genau die tägliche Grenze aufheben, zu deren Durchsetzung er existiert.

5. Das Abo zu kündigen ist ein separater Schritt
Das Löschen Ihres Aruvela-Kontos kündigt ein Premium-Abonnement nicht und beendet die Abrechnung nicht. Kündigen Sie dort, wo Sie es gekauft haben: Google Play → Abos oder App Store → Ihr Apple-Konto → Abonnements.
Wenn Sie ein bereits bezahltes Abonnement lieber behalten und mit einem anderen Aruvela-Konto nutzen möchten, melden Sie sich mit diesem Konto an und tippen Sie auf dem Premium-Bildschirm auf Käufe wiederherstellen.
6. Einzelne Daten löschen, ohne das Konto zu löschen
- Einen einzelnen Eintrag löschen. Öffnen Sie Gespeichert, halten Sie einen beliebigen Eintrag unter Vergangene Analysen, Gespeicherte Antworten oder Gespeicherte Eröffner gedrückt und wählen Sie Löschen.
- Eine Person löschen. Halten Sie unter Gespeichert → Personen die Person gedrückt und bestätigen Sie. Damit werden ihr Profil, ihr Gedächtnis und ihr Score-Verlauf auch von unseren Servern entfernt.
- Das Abmelden löscht nichts. Es verbirgt nur die Inhalte dieses Kontos auf dem Gerät; eine erneute Anmeldung mit demselben Konto bringt sie zurück. Meldet sich auf diesem Gerät ein anderes Konto an, werden die Inhalte des vorherigen Kontos gelöscht.
- Die Deinstallation entfernt alles, was auf dem Gerät liegt. Unter Android kann die systemeigene App-Backup-Funktion die Daten wiederherstellen, wenn Sie unter demselben Google-Konto neu installieren.
7. Wenn Sie nie ein Konto erstellt haben
Wenn Sie Aruvela nutzen, ohne sich anzumelden, erhalten wir weder Ihren Namen noch Ihre E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer, und die App liest die Gerätekennung Ihres Betriebssystems nicht. Vorhanden ist lediglich ein kleiner Datensatz, der an die anonyme Kennung gebunden ist, die Firebase Ihrer Sitzung zuweist: Ihr Guthaben, Ihre Plattform, die Art der Anmeldung, Ihre letzte Aktivität und ein Push-Token. Nichts darin identifiziert Sie.
Weil dieser Datensatz nichts Persönliches enthält — und die App Ihnen seine Kennung nicht anzeigt — können wir ihn anhand einer E-Mail von Ihnen nicht auffinden. Wenn Sie ihn entfernt haben möchten, ist der verlässliche Weg, zuerst ein Konto zu erstellen: Die Anmeldung behält dieselbe Kennung bei, der Datensatz wird damit zu Ihrem Kontodatensatz, und Einstellungen → Konto löschen entfernt ihn. Die Deinstallation beendet die Sitzung und löscht alles, was auf Ihrem Gerät liegt.
